I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Waldorf Astoria in Versailles, and it truly surpassed all expectations. Located just a short distance away from the iconic Palace of Versailles, this luxury hotel offers a perfect blend of sophistication, opulence, and tranquility.

Upon entering the grand lobby, I was immediately struck by the hotel's elegant decor, featuring intricate chandeliers, lavish furnishings, and beautiful artwork that pays homage to the historical significance of Versailles.

The staff warmly greeted me and ensured a smooth check-in process, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. My room at the Waldorf Astoria was nothing short of breathtaking. It was spacious, exquisitely designed, and beautifully furnished with elegant touches such as plush bedding, luxurious fabrics, and stunning views overlooking the meticulously landscaped gardens.

We managed to get the Deluxe Park View Suite at Waldorf Astoria Versailles, the epitome of luxury and elegance. Spanning 731 square feet, the one-bedroom suite offered an incredible sense of exclusivity and grandeur. Adorned with tasteful art and lavish furnishings, this suite was the perfect retreat. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Park of Chateau de Versailles, I was treated to a truly unforgettable hotel experience. This suite accommodated up to 2 persons and stats at 987€ per night, but by utilizing Hilton points, I was able to secure it for only 325€

The attention to detail was impeccable, from the carefully selected artwork to the state-of-the-art technology to creating a comfortable and luxurious sanctuary. The hotel offers an array of amenities designed to enhance guest experiences.

During my stay, the stand-out moment of my trip was definitely the Spa Guerlain, an oasis of relaxation. With its 14 treatment rooms, Guerlain's expertise in beauty and wellbeing provided an outstanding experience. It didn't stop there, as the spa also offered exclusive facilities of a heated indoor pool,  with a glass roof, a sauna, steam room, fitness center, yoga studio, and even tennis courts.

As hotel guests, we got complimentary access to these facilities during our stay. I had the pleasure of indulging in a soothing massage, and it left me feeling truly pampered and refreshed. This spa experience was beyond my expectations and perhaps my most exquisite spa experience.


The culinary experience at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles was equally impressive. The hotel boasts several dining options, each with its own distinct ambiance and culinary delights. I had the pleasure of dining at the Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu showcased the finest French cuisine, expertly crafted by renowned chefs using the freshest locally sourced ingredients.

The best part of Versailles is exploring the nearby Palace of Versailles. The Waldorf Astoria's concierge team provided exceptional guidance and assistance, ensuring I made the most of my visit. They arranged tickets, and transportation, and even curated a personalized tour, allowing me to immerse myself in the history and grandeur of the palace.
